my mum used to listen to great bands (that I listen to today) I would listen to it with her and then started listening to her music alone and just listening to music in general

My mom got me into GD. She also has a nice taste of music. And bla bla MTV, VIVA TV YOUTUBE FACEBOOK MYSPACE end of story, and yes im too lazy to write in sentences

My dad got me into Green Day.
Green Day got me into rock music.
Rock music got me into Rise Against.
Rise Against got me into punk music.
Punk music got me into pretty much all my favourite bands.

at first when i was a small kid there was Boney M, Saragossa Band, Ocarina Music... later there was shitty 90's (Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Madonna etc.)
then there was old good MTV (Offspring, Lostprophets, MCR etc.)
and then one day, 5th of May 2005, my mom called me to see something she liked, apparently it was American Idiot video by Green Day. that day was the day that my revolution has started ( hence there's 05.05. on my tattoo)

ive always listened to music, just not passionately like now.
I used to listen to shit music you hear on the radio, mixed in with a few good bands like Green Day (old albums), the Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox Twenty, The Offspring, Nirvana etc. (totally different than what you guys would think huh lol)
...and then my music life finally turned right side up. RISE AGAINST!---> and onward :)
