i'm trying to dig through The Unraveling now

TBH, I don't like The Unraveling as much as the others, although Everchanging, 100 Good Intention and a few others are great.

I think Appeal is their worst. It's not bad, but not great. My favourite albums in order are:

Trust me, the more you get into them, the more you'll like the other albums over ATR.

My least favourite is definitely Appeal to Reason, the album is pretty solid, but great tracks come few and far in it.

My favourite... that's hard Um... Either Siren Song of the Counter Culture, Revolutions per Minutes or The Sufferer and the Witness, just depends what kind of mood I'm in.

I think I'll say Siren Song because of Tip the Scales, Paper Wings, Rumors of My Demise (my favourite RA song), State of the Union, Dancing for Rain, Blood to Bleed... etc etc.

i should say this but i'm into The Sufferer and The Witness as same much as in Siren Song so i can't

i cant ever decide my favorite to least favorite. im too indecisive XP i just know that my first is Sufferer and second is Siren Song

i love Endgame album very much

ya that ones good too. and so are the rest. none are bad, but there are definitely some better than others

like Siren Song and Sufferer are two best ever

I can't really think of my favorite album. They are all great. Actually, yeah, maybe AtR wasn't their best, but it's got some kick ass songs. And I've been appreciating Endgame more every time I listen to it.

I guess I can't really have favorites cause they all have great songs that mean different things to me, that I have listened to at different points in my life, and then there are those songs which talk about things going around the world that we can't/shouldn't ignore, which also mean a lot to me as they have shaped me as the person I am now.

And honestly, I don't feel like I have listened to their albums enough (although i have listened to them A LOT) to be able to formulate an opinion that I would be 100% sure/confortable with.

i've been listening yo RA non-stop every day always when i could for over half a year now. but it's been shuffle playlist, not particular album. so i can't really say which one is the best. but definitely Siren or Sufferer.

Haha, yeah. Every time I listen to them it's in shuffle. Every now and then I'll listen to them by album, but I rarely do that.

i never did that. too bad though, cos when someone asks me what album is that song from i'm always like: 'umm... wait, lemme check'

How could you not know what songs each album has?

although i can recognize Unraveling songs, but every next album until ATR and Endgame is having unknown tracklisting for me (i mean i know which album some songs are but not all of them)

ex. i know that Heaven Knows and Halfway There are off Revolutions Per Minute but i'm not sure whether Rumors are from Siren or Sufferer lol. or Bricks. or Tip The Scales and blah blah

Yeah, I know what you mean. I don't really ever wonder what album they're from. The only ones I can confuse are the ones from Siren with the ones from Sufferer. But meh. That's why I'm saying, I can't really pick a favorite album. Because well, in order to do so I need to sit and listen to every single album in order, and listen to their songs in order. Take into consideration how much the band has progressed in sound, and how the lyrics have changed. Then I'd also have to take into account Tim's voice, and the backing vocals. Also I have to think about how the songs work, if they work together well to form an album, or if I'd take out some songs, or something of the sort.

But I don't know much about music, so it would be really hard for me to do those things. I need more time to listen to RA before I can figure it out haha.

ive never had the trouble of figuring out which album their from. they all have very distinct sounds to me.

i think so too. sufferer is a little bit more i guess you could say more "pop" sound included in it? thats not exactly what i was going for but whatever. i think u understand
