i wanna know if anyone here is/wants to be a vegetarian and what's your diet

I'm not a vegetarian, I need the meat

Vegetarian here. Been a veg for... six or seven months now. It's easier than people think, really. You get used to it fast.

I do eat milk and eggs though. Planning on cutting them out of the diet, but it's not easy to find replacements here, though.

I'm a excited as I traveled to another city this past week and found veggie frozen stuff! So... gonna be trying them out soon.

at first it was super easy but the meat at our campus looked disgusting so i didnt want to eat it anyways haha. since ive been home its been a little bit more difficult but still not hard at all. i was surprised actually because im still a meat lover....i just dont like what the food industry does to animals. said perfectly by tim "i have no reverence for suffering" (or something like that lol)

i hate that too, to know that i'm eating a really suffering chicken.that's very sad to know. i still have some chicken chest in my freezer but when i decide to eat it finally, i'm gonna cry to this

Exaaaaactly. Yeah, I was always the biggest meat eater in my family. I couldn't really have a meal without meat... people tell me about "hey this steak is good" and i think "yeah, i bet" and sometimes i comment and stuff, because yeah i remember meat tasted good, but hell, i'm never sticking that in my mouth now that i know how it got to my table.

i'm still trying. and since i can't eat fish cos of stomach disorder (i think i'm allergic to most kinds of fish) i'm stuck with meat although i'd love to find some good replacements. the veggie work is still in progress. thank god i can eat salmon sushi but no fried, boiled or grilled fish

yes but i need time for this. i'm slowly getting into fruits (never liked anything but pear )

haha i can understand that. for me its vegetables. i can stand them, but i dont really like them

i love raw onion, raw carrot, tomatoes (i used to hate them) cucumbers and so on.

but i hate mushrooms though

i can't eat them. i tried once, my mom made mashed potatoes and boiled mushrooms and she was looking at me when i tried one bit of it and she was laughing at my funny faces. she waited until i swallow that one bit just to tell me they have no vitamins or anything healthy. i was like wtf? why didn't you tell me before i tried it? yuck!

my mom has shitloads of fruit trees like pear trees, apple trees, peach trees, plum trees and she has lots of fruits growing like grapes, black currant, raspberries, strawberries and many others
