tell us some scary stories that you know, you've heard that happened in your place. shock us with them

I can tell that gangster story and something that happened at my aunts house.
but the 2nd story isnt that scary.
first: You know, there was in the midival time a gangster called "Shilder hannes" and he was in our village for a tijme. And in one Chronic is written that he shot a man threw the door of that old house (from my grad-grand parents)
second: The old owner of my aunts house felt from the roof in winter. And now I think that there's a ghost in my aunts and uncles house.

he said that it used to belong to an old lord who has given it to communities to make a Kindergarten of it waaay back then. he said that they found some documentations of this on the attic. and not so long ago this house became the safehouse of some gangsters and then police stormed the gates and threw them all out and put them in the jail. now the house it fully sealed as you can see on the picture
