Album of the Week

Go ahead and suggest any albums for AotW here (Big Three or not), but make sure it's in the same general genre as the Big Three (For example, don't suggest albums by One Direction, Eminem, Slipknot etc., but rather albums by The Offspring, The Gaslight Anthem, Bad Religion etc.).

i suggest American Idiot by GD since it's really good album

i wouldnt mind. i think its a good album or even dookie (my favorite)

or what about handwritten by the gaslight anthem? its sorta same genre

Hm, I think I'm gonna go with Handwritten, as it is a much more recent release and is more closer to the genre of The Big Three than GD is.

Also, I'd be surprised if the majority of users here haven't heard American Idiot and Dookie, I think the Album of the Week might be a good way to introduce new music to our users

But I would say something from a really unknown musician. Maybe Jamies first album (Between the devil and the deep blue sea) or yeah Some Nights by Fun. would be cool. Or from Royal Republic.

I wouldn't say Fun. are the same genre.

theres a good small band that not many people know about called red city radio that i would suggest. their the same genre. maybe for another week?

I've deleted all the posts in here that were about Souncloud so this thread can just be for suggestions

Good ideas Kate and Clare, but Kate, do you want to have 2 Big Three albums in a row? Or should we alternate between them and other bands?

my idea came before TSATW i think so just keep it in mind when you schedule the next album but keep it your way which means Big Three every second week

I'm gonna post the album of the week later tonight, and from now on I'm going to be posting the AotW's on Saturday night (or Sunday morning depending if I'm doing anything ) my time.

So, any last minute suggestions, because I still haven't picked an AotW? If I don't get any suggestions it will have to come out of my own music library *entire forum groans*

While I do like some of Limp Bizkit's older stuff, I'm gonna try and keep to a more punk genre Any more suggestions
