DOMS T-Shirts ?

First topic message reminder :

Hey guys,

Some of us had the idea to make DOMS T-Shirts. Maybe I can print t-shirts for free. But at first we need to know:

• If you want DOMS Shirts?
  
• What Design?

If the first question is cleared we come to the second one. The Design.
All of you can develop their own ideas for it, and later we decide which one we take.
Important: We can not print everything on the shirts (keep in mind we want them for free). That means not 10 different colors (Colors need to have at least some millimeters distance between each other’s, so they are not overlapping), no too complicated designs – keep it simple.

This is not decided yet! It’s just an idea !

What do you think about it ?

i dont think it should have doms and devil...it should be one way or the other or you just have thesame thing written twice

okay so just making sure. if we do use the card with the 666 off billy talents dvd its copyright.

ok this this is sorta what i was going for. (or insert the 666 cards if not illegal)except on the front id make the text box shape like you would see in a newspaper. and also on the back im thinking the circle on the outside of the name could possibly be left off



and sry it looks weird. the website had weird options to make the shirt. it wouldnt be with the weird boxes

I don't wanna sell them. It's just that if someone tries to sell them, then it can become illegal. I could be completely wrong though :lol:

leo can you truly bet that nobody is going to sell it? besides, if bands could possibly see somewhere these shirts and they realize no one asked them for their permission they can sue us, you understand?

why dont we make it easy and just nix the card idea. the other design I put on is 666 if u looked at it carefully

All of this is true, I dont know much of the law, but what I gather from all of this is that making a shirt without a licence may be a bad idea
But then if we had a licence we'd have to sell them, right?or they'd be sold by others to us? Shit, I'm so confused right now xD

we dont need a license to make a tshirt, just to sell. which were not since theyre just for us

I mean, it would be totally illegal if people started selling, right? So wouldn't that concern the people who've made the shirt?

no we don't. I have a friend who prints shirts all the time. and plus you can go on websites and design ur own shirts

Sonia's right.

Nobody will sue us. Even when we violate a copyright. No company in this world would hire a lawyer for a couple of shirts. So we don't need to worry about that.

But if we want to make shirts it has to be an "Adobe Illustrator" file. And I think I'm the only one who owned this program (3.500€). And because i like your idea i converted it into that file.

trying to load the full screen picture, it takes me forever. the DOMS tshirts was a really good idea

imagine yourselves walking down the streets wearing these tshirts and people looking at you and wondering what's that on your tshirt' it's so cool!

now everyone set your tshirt size. mine is unisex (M)

okay, i finally loaded these tshirts https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img41/7936/doms2.png and i see for this design there's no copyright permissions needed. well, maybe only mine i love the idea, i want them that way.

also it would be cool to have your own rank to be printed on the sleeve. i mean, Team, Mod, Chat Mod, Admin. but that's just a thought

i think we should pay our own shipping can you count how much that'd be? one for netherlands, two for germany, one to states, one to honduras, one to india, one to australia and one to poland. am i correct?

every country inside the EU = 8,60€ per packet, World = 14,90€ per packet
